Flight Booking Details

Your event registration comes with coach airfare on your preferred airline. To book your flight, please email events@rakuten.com preferred flights.
 

Flight eligibility and booking requirements:

Airport: San Diego (SAN) or John Wayne (SNA)

• Required Arrival: We ask that you arrive in time to join us for our first session at 2 pm on Tuesday, arriving no later than 12:30 pm to San Diego International Airport (SAN) or John Wayne Airport (SNA). 
  • Early arrival is allowed, fare difference to be paid by attendee.
• Preferred Departure: Anytime on Friday, May 30th.
  • The earliest flight departure is 3 pm on Thursday.
  • Late departure is allowed, fare difference to be paid by attendee.

Airline: Your choice

Fare Class: Non-refundable Coach (you may pay the difference to upgrade)

Transfer from airport to Omni La Costa: Uber Voucher

Flight Changes: If you need to adjust travel plans, please email events@rakuten.com. 
 

Hotel Details

Optimism 2025 takes place at the luxurious Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.

You will have a hotel room booked for you at the resort from Tuesday, May 27th through Friday, May 30th. Confirmation details will be sent directly from the hotel.
